Stein is currently looking for a Shift Supervisor with the ability to work various shifts. The successful candidate will have a commitment to safety and customer service with experience in a union environment.

The ideal candidate must possess:

· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

· Experience working in a union environment is preferred.

· Ability to effectively communicate procedures and expectations.

· Working knowledge of heavy equipment and separating plant operations.

· Ability to work all shifts to include weekend and holidays.

· Experience in the steel or scrap industries preferred.

· Maintain accurate and organized records.

· Excellent reading and writing skills

· Ability to pass a background check and drug test within federal guidelines
